Custom Order Policy (Final Sale)
All products offered by She’s IT Custom Clothing are custom-made to order and created specifically according to customer-selected designs, fabrics, and measurements. Due to the personalized nature of these garments, all custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been approved and payment has been received.
Submission of a custom order request does not constitute acceptance. She’s IT Custom Clothing reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
Measurement Responsibility
Customers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current measurements. She’s IT Custom Clothing shall not be held liable for any fit, sizing, or comfort issues resulting from measurements supplied by the customer.
Any alterations requested due to incorrect measurements are not included in the original purchase price and may be subject to additional fees. No refunds or credits will be issued for garments that do not fit due to customer-provided measurements.
Production Timeline
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard production time is approximately 3–5 weeks beginning on the date full payment is received and confirmed.
She’s IT Custom Clothing shall not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fabric availability, tailoring schedules, supply chain disruptions, or international logistics. Production delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Shipping & International Delivery
She’s IT Custom Clothing ships within the United States and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Such fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, She’s IT Custom Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays, customs clearance delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
Refunds & Cancellations
All custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment has been received. Refunds will only be issued if She’s IT Custom Clothing is unable to fulfill an accepted order due to circumstances solely attributable to the company.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued using the original payment method and will constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting a custom order request and completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms outlined above.
